Satisfaction of the judgment – payment of all funds that must be due as a result of a court decision. Withdrawal – The transfer of a state case to the Federal Court for trial. An interim order is an injunction, which often neglects only part of a court action. Contract – An agreement between two or more people that creates an obligation to do or not to do a particular thing. A contract must have promised or given something of value, and a reasonable amount of agreement between the parties, what the contract means. The parties must be legally able to conclude binding agreements. Capital crime – A crime that could be punishable by death.
